BGA Flux
The BGA Gel flux JV-F000 series has resin-like rheological properties. It is completely halogen-free, guaranteeing long term reliability and has extreme good solder ability capabilities. Jovy easily withstands lead free and normal reflow profiles and the flux medium is designed to volatilize at these temperatures. The minimal, transparent residue doesn't require cleaning. The BGA gel flux can be applied by printing, dispensing or with a brush. JV-F000 is suitable for lead free soldering.
